Section 18 demolition disposition webinar

Shriver Center on Poverty Law Housing Justice Staff Attorney Emily Coffey leads a presentation on the demolition or disposition of public housing through a process known as Section 18 demolition/disposition under the U.S. Housing Act of 1937. The presentation is geared at advocates and legal aid attorneys looking to learn how to advocate for the preservation of affordable housing in their community, and to protect resident rights when demolition or disposition is the last resort.
