The moment when a helicopter crashes near the White House: White House Down (HD CLIP)

Helicopters approach the White House and start shooting at the terrorists. One of the choppers loses control and crashes. Meanwhile, John Cale (Channing Tatum) arrives on the roof where the terrorists are and shoots them one by one. But the soldiers in the helicopter shoot him before realizing he is on their side. Fortunately, John dodged the bullets. One of the terrorists prepares to launch a missile. John tries to stop him but fails. The missile hits the helicopter. However, the military had prepared to jump in case of danger. John continues to fight the terrorist.

I mean since their basically 2 feet above the roof I don't think the ropes were necessary anymore. That fall assuming you're not crushed probably wouldn't kill them either

Tbh, this makes no sense, there must've been soldiers that fell on the roof when the last Blackhawk were shot, and the others soldiers could probably survive the crash since they're not that high in the sky. Though, they probably didn't make any surviving soldiers because it will steal the main character's show
