TruMark presents to you Hot Jaggery filling machine, Tray Filling Machine, Automatic piston fillers which is based on 3way valve type volumetric filling. Machine is a volume based piston filler which fills exact pre-set quantity of product with great accuracy. having block valves to suit products with soft solid particles like fruit crushes or jam having fruit pieces, curry or food gravy, whole strawberry jams etc
while sucking material from hopper valves closes the nozzle & connect the hopper to piston & after sucking the hopper way is closed and sucked material is driven out through nozzles, positive shut off nozzles are provided to avoid dripping in between two fills
machine can be given with dive-in kind of nozzles for narrow mouth containers
machine comes with digital plc HMI for easy operation, jacketed hopper & product stirrer can be given on request, material can be fed to hopper using a transfer pump which can be integrated with machine program to auto fill and maintain the product level in the hopper
