This is how to play Pass the Pigs, a dice game in which players can push their luck until they win or bust. Although a similar game could be played with a set of dice, there is something about the small plastic pigs that makes this game a bit more fun. The shape of the pigs also affect the outcome of the roll, so certain positions are just less likely to happen (and more exciting when they do because of it).

I've played a similar game with the standard 2d6. Points were just the pip values. Rolling a 1 caused your score for that turn to be 0 & the turn ended. Double 1 caused your score for the whole game to be 0 & the turn ended. Double 2-6 meant you cannot hold and must roll again. Winner was first to 100 points or 50 points with more players.
