Got down to the honorable mentions and started getting mad that Celine Dion's My Heart Will Go On wasn't listed. Saw that it was #1 and got super happy. Then listened to her singing and started bawling. She is the queen, and I love her!

Céline's pain is visceral in that clip. The difference between her performances of that song when it came out, and that performance are light-years away from each other.
It's palpable, and painful to watch, but so awe-inspiring to see her power through with such grace.
