Gave my 11 year old Samsung washer/dryer to a friend who needed them and got these LGs as a replacement. Many regrets. Washer on gentle, even lowest spin level, leaves my clothes wrinkled and tied in knots. I have to set my own timer to get them out before spin cycle is over. No pre-soak. Dryer timer does not go below 10 minutes, and cannot turn off buzzer. I want my old machines back!

do i really need to add more crap for me to monitor on my phone? I gave up trying to download and install the app on my phone - QR codes where not correct - the current cycles already programmed didnt meeet my washing needs such as bedding, where is the steam function? Do I need a masters degree in computer science to figure out? Feels like. I honestly dont see the added benefits of all this SMART technology and mangaging my washing from my phone. Just more hype to pay for over inflated price. 6 out of 10 for me
