Observation: Main Street and Newfangled Four are each the best at one of the elements of an entertaining Barbershop Quartet. Even if they aren't the best singers every year, they each have a reason they are the most entertaining quartets. Main Street has the more traditional humor of a quartet whereas Newfangled Four has the physicality and physical humor that makes them really unique.

I personally think it’s harder to sing on pitch blend and be funny as well than be a straight quartet but it seems to be a setback with the judges
