Coach Geno gives a gracious and generous assessment of the game and the Arizona team. Bravo to the coach.

Coach Geno is truly as good a coach as you could ever find. I believe he is the best coach ever in any sport. Even this post game press conference was a learning experience. He is always teaching the game of life and basketball 🏀. What a classy guy.

Win or lose ... Geno answers questions with class and a deep understanding of the game .. Great coach .. reminds me of Ray Meyer of DePaul .... I feel badly but am proud of the team and coach Geno.

A credit to UCONN women’s basketball that losing in the final four is so disappointing. Sorry it ended as it did but you all have so so much to be proud of.

Geno hit the issues with this years team on the head by saying they were immature. They were over their heads mentally from the start!

They were:
1. Over confident.
2. Didn’t have the fundamental shooting ability to make good clean shots under pressure.
3. Immature mindset
4. Took for granted being at this level

Pro’s:
1. Next years team is going to be stacked with talent! Can they mentally get it together? Time will tell.

Remember, for a team composed of 60% freshman & zero seniors, to reach FF was extraordinary achievement. Like Geno said in press conference, feels like 2008 after Stanford loss, Maya's freshman year. In other words, look out because this team is on cusp of greatness.

The one change college basketball needs to make in both women and men's game is to change fouling out 6 fouls instead of 5 fouls. I'm sick and tired of seeing quality players removed from games with just 5 fouls. I watch games to see the best players play and not to be hampered by foul trouble. If you get just 2 fouls in the first half it starts effecting your ability to play the game properly. And it takes away the power of the refs from affecting the outcome of the game. Make the change to 6 fouls instead of 5 fouls would be the BEST thing for college basketball 🏀
