My stock Vrod is 0-100 (0-60) in 3.2 seconds.
I beat a sports bike till the gearing runs out.
Harley’s aren’t “Fast” they are “Quick”

The Crotch rocket is a stock 600 (or a 300:) and the harley has more $$$ in the engine than the other bike is worth.

I had a similar amusing experience some years rice rider pulled up beside me and started making the revvy wanna race figured an older shovelhead bagger would be fun to he did not know was that I was trying out my buddies 114" stroker shovel bagger with all Andrews gears...I smoked his ass, damn that was fun!

everybody knows a harley has great low RPM torque so anybody can take off fast on one but in a 1/4 mile it doesn't stand a chance. I have both and believe me the Harley really gets slow in gears 3-4-5.
