An issue I see today is that people want TOO MUCH information instead of learning from practice, experience and play.

the best to watch and learn from by far. In the last 3-4 weeks went from 5 second frog to almost 60 seconds. But most importantly its been a lot of fun doing things we've seen from Lee with my teenage boys, my wife, even our 5 year old daughter tries and has a blast.

My favorite shot was the one of the pregnant lady doing the static crab - good for her and her new baby :)

I agree on the aspect of first handstand will look ugly no matter what you do. and focus in learning step by step and take and all of that. However, I will share my sincere experience with handstand, people tend to focus on shoulders strength rather r=than focusing on mobility, joint health and flexibility. I had struggled with handstand before I started to focus on those elements. and yeah for the record a banana shape handstand caused me a lower back pain, and what really made my handstand look so perfect is mobility ans stretching routine.
and also a clean straight handstand really developed my upper trapezium and my back in general especially when I'm holding the movement.
from my experience with people in parks, or in the streets they jump straight away to the position itself asking me or a friend to support them while they're trying to stand on their hands. I which I always have a problem explaining to them use your brain before your muscles! once you know you should do then it's only matter of time til you unlock and master any skill you're aiming for.

Great vid man. This helped me a lot. One thing tho, you're confusing the frog stand with the crow pose.

I held a handstand for 7 seconds and the recording showed I was in a banana shape, I was very upset but watching this made me feel better, thanks man!

#LeeWeiland My parents put me in little league football at 65lbs. 75lbs & 85lbs. My team never won a game. What I ‘won’ were head to toe yellow bruises every game and a lifetime of poor posture that cause chronic back pain and weight gain. I’ve shed much of the weight - I’m in my 50’s 6’6” and 195lbs today. After thousands of dollars of Rolfing (the greatest thing since slice bread in my opinion) I’m standing/sitting TALL but when I stand on tippy toes I’ve noticed my RIGHT foot feels strong - but the tendon that runs beneath my LEFT foot feels unstable and weak. My nutrition is pretty dialed-in brother. I just have lingering injuries that I know you could spot/address. Why aren’t you my neighbor? :)

With Frog stand, build up to knees on the back of arms? Or legs to the outside of arms??

Does height matter in martial arts or gymnastics? To be clear I'm talking about small height not skinny body
