In the Aikido Zentrum Basel channel you will find basic techniques of Aikido. We want to help you with step by step exercises for your weapon practice as well as for your Aikido practice. Furthermore we also upload tutorials for more advanced Aikidoka. Progressing step by step helps you to prevent injuries. In addition it developes your muscles, balance and flexibility in a healthy way. All content you find on this channel we teach in our classes at the dojo (studio).

For more techniques you can look at our other videos. If you wanna train regularly you always can visit our dojo (studio) for a trial. Just inform us before to have a nice welcome. Training in a dojo makes it way easier to progress, because there is a teacher who will correct you.
