First ly, the youth are paying attention to the downturn in Wars at this time.
A closer look needs to follow how military recruitment will build a safer home front in neighborhoods, schools; natural disaster and national domestic issues after training.
The government needs to initiate programs that provide affordable housing and excellent healthcare.
Many have been there, seen the results for parents, relatives who served.

It’s because the standards were to high and now with mhs genesis it’s going to be worse. I love how the news doesn’t cover that.

Might want to talk to vets like myself who actively dissuade other straight white males from joining! Go woke, miss recruitment goals!

For most people military isn’t a good option anymore. They don’t pay that well for the job. If I was to consider the military I would look
at tangible things. Pay! I dont care about benefits! You get paid “$5.00 an hour but your benefits are amazing” I’m not looking at benefits I can’t feel in my hand. The 2nd is “right to work” yes I can be fired at any minute but I can also put my 2 weeks in and leave. Yes a guy in Iraq or overseas is there but he should be able to say “I quit, fly me home”3rd how is management? I’ve seen videos of managers in military screaming and dropping the F word at lower ranking soldiers. In the real world you get fired or lose your bonus or lose your job and bonus if you can’t talk to people. Back to 2nd point, a right to work job would force managers to actually treat employees with respect. 4th, most people don’t want to work 12 hour days for weeks on end and the only jobs people want are IT, programming, management, finance, science, R&D, marketing, and PR. Those based on my research are for officer corps. Most people joined are working in the ditch. Why not work in the ditch as a plumber or electrician without being controlled in a military environment and make more money.

These very same lawmakers that caused this problem with their endless wars in Afghanistan and Iraq seek answers as to why recruitment is down. I wonder if they will come up with the answers by staring into the mirror?
How many of them understand why young men and women do not want to serve after an endless war in Afghanistan and an illegal war in Iraq?
Willing to bet, none of them have ever taken responsibility for their actions that lead to more than 7, 000 soldiers losing their lives and more than 30, 000 coming home wounded. Willing to also bet that none of these lawmakers ever stopped to think of the young men and women that they sent off to fight have families and friends at home. They will be witness to how these soldiers come home. Now, we reap the what we sowed. A bitter and very distrustful youth for our future is what we get. Lawmakers have no one to blame but themselves. They should all have to go and enlist to try and fill the gaps.

Yeah that ain’t it….it ain’t the money. You don’t join for the money. It’s the wokeness and lies.

The military doesn’t have a method for tracking the individual stats of each soldier. Idk. but that’s what keeps people interested in call of duty. Maybe create military trading cards?)
