I can't get over how beautiful the "don't" side looks! I like the eye makeup, blush and lips and everything on that side way more than the other side. The skin texture and creasing is more pronounced on the do/ right side.

Great video! As a 52 year old woman who is just now learning how to wear makeup, I truly appreciate this video. Your right side does look more dewy and youthful. One new trick I'm going to try is softer lips. I tend to wear matte lipstick, which I agree, isn't the most flattering for my 52 yr old lips. ❤❤❤

Love your new look, so much lighter, brighter soft and natural. On fair skin bronzers appear to make everyone look harsh older. Light touch only.
Agree with full coverage foundation being heavy, ditto for most mattes and waterproof foundation too!

Your so pretty! I totally agree that less is more as we age. I’m 44 and this past year I’ve found myself using more neutrals. I feel like bold colors age me more and a softer look instead of matte definitely makes me look younger. I have to be careful with shimmer though, only in certain places and more in the summer. Thank you so much for doing this video! You are the first make up Youtuber that I have seen mention the difference of doing makeup in front of lights and the difference it makes walking out into natural light. I grew up with a mother who did makeup so I new the difference of tv/commercial makeup as opposed to everyday and it would surprise me to see women walking around with tv makeup at the mall.

Also, as a middle aged woman, I appreciate you presenting the effectiveness of soft makeup when our skin starts ageing.
