If you find yourself on the munchies in San Francisco (a common occurrence there, so we're told) there's a good chance you'll meet Elly Suraya Greenfield. Her grandmother's recipes are so good that they earned her the title of 'Singaporean Satay Queen'.

The business has family roots at its core, with Elly’s husband and daughter working alongside her whilst they sell their granny's peanut sauce by the bucketload.
