Born in Ardrossan (west coast across from Arran) immigrated to Canada many years ago as a child….all this is so very familiar hearing my parents talk everyday… none of my friends understood a word they were saying! Makes me nostalgic! Will be going back for a visit soon…love your videos’

In Norwegian, child is “barn”, same as you guys say “hoose” for house, and it’s “hus” in Norwegian. I love the Norse influence in the language♥️
