What is Animal Sciences?
Animal Science is a field of Agriculture which deals with the husbandry practices of livestock species including cattle, buffaloes, sheep, goats, camels, horses, donkeys and several other.
The term livestock is used for farm animals.
Major courses offered in animal science degrees are animal breeding and genetics, animal nutrition, livestock management and poultry science.
