Spring Awakening 2017 - Top Tier Imports

Another (rainy) Spring Awakening has come and gone. We want to thank each and every one of you that came out to support the event, sponsors, and food trucks.

This was our 6th annual Spring Awakening and third time hosting it at Assiniboia Downs. Spring Awakening has evolved into more than just a meet, for many it has become a deadline, a road trip, or the event to kick off the season. We have to really admire the respect you all bring to Spring Awakening, with only a few pieces of trash left behind and a handful of cars trying to show off. It’s often the negative actions that get brought to light, so we would like to take the time to thank you for making our jobs a little bit easier. Respect for the Downs parking lot is the only way we will be able to continue using it in the future.
