The quintessential politician.  Spend the entire interview deflecting; make it sound like you give a damn and are distraught over the problem; and, most importantly, make sure to absolve yourself of any blame or accountability whatsoever.

You've know about the VA problems or years and done nothing! You're just now investigating and trying to get to the bottom of it? What about the last 6 years?
