Eflex fuel has a conversion kit that you don't have to have a tune and you have blends if you get stuck with out e85

I have an 04 Mach 1, yes I hate paying for 93 octane every week to drive this fun car.
Honestly, I feel you will be losing horsepower by going to E 85 gas.
Yes, E85 is a lot cheaper, but for me, it’s sacrificing the performance of the car.

Is it possible to use a tuner to swap back and forth between an E85 tune and regular gasoline? just curious if you were out and away from E85 availability if that would work. I'd suppose the most important thing would be to get the E85 out of the system as much as you can.
