Burp Suite/Firefox Proxy - Pages Not Loading With Intercept On

This one had me pulling out my hair. For some reason pages wouldn't load when I was running Burp Suite proxy via Firefox. This is how I solved the issue.

Found this video while doing some intro Burp suite work. From my understanding the intercept is meant to stop the traffic so you can analyze each action.
So you have to hit Forward to advance it.

If you just want to see it all and use the site normally, turn Intercept off and then switch to the HTTP history sub-tab that is under Proxy. This will show all the traffic. You can then right click to move these between the other categories such as the Repeater.

I'll always need to turn it off? Update: I discovered that you just need to click forward repeatedly until it loads. And with the proxy off, the HTTP requests/responses are stored in the history tab.

for those who fox is stopping when intercept is on 👉🏻

on the right of intercept button you will find forward - change it to forword all - then every time you click in fox click forword all 👍🏻

It works in that way, you just have to press Forward button.

You have click on forward when the proxy is on
