Very well responded by Professor De Castro are the questions raised by Carmina on the speech of PBBM. As explained PBBM did not want to embarass by putting on the spotlight any leader but was implied in the statement the position of PBBM on crucial issues like the WPS.

Karmina is insisting that PBBM should have called out China for its abuse of Power in front of the leaders of the World. This only means that she didn't have enough knowledge about geopolitics. Its good that Prof Castro is enlightening us regardi ng this.
