Fantastic educational video. Something I didn't know and have been working on my bikes for 40 years. Just goes to prove you learn something new every day plus you are never to old to learn.
Keep up the great videos

Been cutting bolts for years, never come across the sliced bolt idea and have to say it's a great idea. Can't wait to try it out on my build. Thanks.

Delboy thanks to you I've just changed my first break lever on my 2016 iron!! It was actually easier than your iron as I did not need to undo the throttle cage the lever simply popped out and I piped the new one back in ... It's a start to getting it done myself - cheers fella!

Great vid! I've been performing this task for years with a combination of Shaolin Dremel Cut-off Technique, a good file, and some fine grit sandpaper. The use of the split nuts (Ouch!) is a revelation and I can't wait to try it out. Thanks as usual and keep them coming.
