REFRESH DISABLED RELEASE CAPS LOCK TO REFRESH VIEW( After Effects error)

If you are working in After Effect and you get this message error "REFRESH DISABLED RELEASE CAPS LOCK TO REFRESH VIEW

I have a question, when I open and use After Effects my C DRIVE lose a lot of memory, like up to 3 GB while using it. Is this ok?
And i’m having an issue that my C DRIVE loses memory from time to time even though I didn’t do anything. Why?
(Note: The second issue also appeared after using After Effects)
