Search Help in SAP ABAP | Elementary Search | Collective Search help & use it in Module pool program

Hello Friends,

In this session we are going to see how to create search help i.e. Elementary and Collective search help in sap abap and use in module pool program.

What is Search Help in ABAP?
Search helps are objects that you can use to assign input help (F4 Help) to screen fields. so abap search help we can create in se11 and we can use search help in report sap abap.

Elementary Search Help in SAP ABAP
Elementary search help is for F4 help and it is defines a search path where we will define the table from which the data has to be read and the selection criteria. Through import and export parameters. Used when we gets the data rom a single table.

Collective search help in sap abap.
Collective search help is the collection of Elementary Search Helps.
Combination of elementary search helps. When we need to fetch data based on multiple selection criteria’s. More than one tables are Selection from multiple tables.

Today we are going to see how to create search help i.e Elementary search help and collective search help in sap abap. so we are going to create 2 different elementary search help and then we are going to create collective search help with combination of elementary search help and we are going to use search help exit in module pool program.
