In this video we'll review the Bumbleride Era all-terrain stroller. While air-filled tires aren't as common, this is by-far the best stroller with regards to comfort and suspension. It absolutely GLIDES over grass and gravel. Such a fun stroller to push and a wonderful pickup for any family. Check out Bumbleride here:

I have a Bumbleride Indie and love it so much. I just transitioned to the regular seat, we had the bassinet attachment and I used it every day 👍🏻

Had out era for a year now, and I just love this stroller. My baby is on a taller side and he feels very comfy in the stroller. I cannot stress enough how much I love the wheel suspension, this stroller rides smooth on every surface. I tried to push my friends all terrain popular strollers, and honestly they don’t cut it for me! You can feel the tiniest bump on the road.

We’ve had our Era for 3 months and love it! It works great for all terrains near our house (hill, streets, mud, sand, etc). The lay flat feature makes it so we don’t need to buy the separate bassinet & the reversible seat is wonderful. We found that it’s easier to fold & remove the seat, then fold and stow the frame. I do wish the bottom basket was bigger.

Anyways, enough said, great video! thanks for continuing to make helpful and engaging content. :)

Bumbleride Era honestly is the best stroller (Pram in AUS lol). Had ours for aa year and a half now.

The PROS for why we chose this was:
1) The reversible seat for infant mode. This is perfect for apartment living and you don't need the basinet attachment to take up space.
2) The folding (although can be annoying with the two steps an having to align the wheels to do it) it just works well, quickly and compacts so small, again great for small cars.
3) Price point was fantastic compared for what it could do. Other strollers will less feature were 2 to 3 times the cost.
4) I liked the idea of the pump up wheels, figured it be a better and smoother ride like a bike. This is indeed true if you ensure your tyres are pumped up correctly. In the city the design of the swivel and the rubber tyres makes it very easy to zig zag around people that are walking slower.
5) There was infant addons you could use (i.e. bottle holder, the cushion insert to make it softer for an infant).

Discovered PROS:
1) The break system is genius. Most strollers use that annoying pin system that goes in and out. Over time they get dirt and wear out and pins stop moving. In the ERA we got the break bar where it moves up and down into the wheel break grooves. I image that this would be an easier DYI fix if anything got stuck.
2) Can easily push it and move it around people with one hand (even two fingers lol) due the wheel design. It does get a bit getting used to as when you don't lock the wheels the stroller does move to the side where you are on a footpath with a sidewise slop, but if you push it against the slop slightly it moves straight. I could lock the front wheels to make it more sturdy, but personally I think the freedom to swivel quickly around people in a busy city environment makes it great.

MY NEGATIVES:
Why aren't they out there at baby sale shows (Pregnancy, Babies & Childrens Expo) in Australia promoting their product? Not one parent at this show had any Bumbleride Era, other than us. It was depressing seeing how many over prices strollers there were as I did my research before committing to this one lol. I guess if I wasn't an internet geek who likes to research, I would have got something totally different.

NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM A FRIEND WHO YET TO HAVE KIDS WHO TOOK IT FOR A SPIN:
One friend mentions they would have loved the seat to sit higher so their baby is closer to them and also they can have a bigger gap to make it easier to access the space underneath. I can kind of see where they coming from as I saw some of the real expensive strollers sit a bit higher but explained to them this is more a joggers stroller and has a lower centre of gravity which helps you move around quicker and easier with the stroller. However since this is the transformers equivalent of a stroller lol, I think they could make two locking positions for the wheels. The normal gap for jogger mode and a shorter gap (less sturdy as to heavy) for the people who like that higher option.

Dude, this stroller looks great, I love that they’re zoning in on sustainability with the materials. Our Graco stroller is feeling a bit self conscious now 🥴 Excellent video

I have this stroller, it’s amazing. I was looking for a stroller that can go down to a full recline and not have my baby’s legs always bent at the knees. I tested all the Nunas and Uppas before and this one had the best ride and a flat recline. Amazing stroller. I got it from a San Francisco boutique baby store in downtown Chicago - the only place which sold it in the area.

Is this stroller suitable for bigger toddlers or is its longevity limited?

Hi! Great video! I’m in between Bumbleride Era, UB vista or nuna mixx, which one would choose? Thanks in advance!

I find the build of the Indie a bit more robust, but I switched to the Era because I missed being able to see my baby while walking. It might not be my first choice of stroller, but we get a lot of snow and ice where we live, and in our budget it was the best for terrain with a reversible seat.

Is there a 2022 update to the Era Bumbleride or the 2022 in the title of your video referring to the year you reviewed it? We are considering this model as we are waiting for our first child so we are wondering if we should wait or buy it now. Thanks for the thoughtful review.

This or the Cruz v2 for ride smoothness?

Two questions that you didn't answer in the video. For long-term use I'd want to know the weight limit; could it be used when the kids older, etc. Second is what's the differentiator between this and the indie? I've had my eye on the indie, and also liked the speed because of it's 30kg weight limit.

Hi! I’m wondering your thoughts on this stroller vs the uppababy cruz v2?

I read you recommend the cruz over this stroller. It seems like that might be based somewhat on the fold and portability. If we are only planning on using this stroller from our home on neighborhood walks on rough sidewalks, hills, gravel terrain and want a really smooth ride and easy push above all else, would you say the era wins against the cruz? Also, does the cruz have a more upright seating position than the era and did you feel like the era was too reclined even in the upright position? Many thanks for your great videos!

Would you recommend the Bumbleride over the Uppababy Vista V2 if you have already purchased a V2? Great Video
BTW.
