So my question would be, if I had the unlimited lease and decide to promote my song using influencers by paying them a small amount. And if the video i payed for pops off. who in the party gets compensated? the producer, the influencer, or me? or all? like would that breach the terms usage? in any way?

Jay! I just finished a song and thought the same thing as you mentioned here. Turns out my contract with a producer says that I do “not own the masters to the new song”. 😢 Can it be that BeatStars would allow this in their contracts between producers and artists?
