This was an excellent explanation of symptoms & organic functionality:
I experience urinal discharge without warning; uncontrollable expelling only a third of normal volume.
I suffer P. Neuropathy & believe pain medication causes me intestinal & rectal numbness.
My kidneys use all body moisture to wash out high glucose drying my eyes, mouth, all skin and intestinal discharges get completely dehydrated & end up blocking my ability to urinate limiting to the uncontrollable burst, causing my bladder to backfill again in just a one hour period. I haven’t been diagnosed with prostate strangulation But those extra dried rectal blockages are my real nightmares & I don’t have any idea how to drive them out.

I have over active bladder diagnosed by various urologists after urine test, urine culture test, cystoscopy twice including the ultrasound many times by various urologists .there is no infection in bladder.all i feel is irritation in blader which some times stops after urinations .i have to urinate 12 to 15 times in day.whats the advice for me?

If your 28 years old a young male always had perfect holding in all aspects and then one day randomly you have to go pee every 10 minutes but it's a extremely small amount is super dark and the moment you have to pee it feels like your gonna pee alot and your gonna have a accident but only a very small amount comes out it's hard to squeeze all of a sudden I'll squeeze but it doesn't how hard your squeezing it .. it will loosen while squeezing it takes a long time to start flowimg and when I feel I'm done then a constant drip happens non stop until I have to owe 10 minutes later and it goes away for a day I'm able to hold more pee them it comes right back

This Dr is stammering; she’s clearly constantly Clearing Her Throat (Nervousness), she’s going through ordinary words.
Many of her words are running together; her overtly-nervousness is so overwhelming that she is struggling to Articulate and say her medical terms properly.
She’s far too Shy, Nervous, Uncertain of herself, possibly even a bit paranoid about stage fright.
I truly feel sorry for her. It’s most likely pretty far out of her comfort zone.

Perhaps Female anatomy? Perhaps General Health talks or seminars in the future?
