When it comes to career development, many of us recognize the need for a little self-promotion yet feel uncomfortable tooting our own horn.

Understanding low self-orientation is a critical component to our own trustworthiness and may lead us to avoid sharing our own accomplishments and achievements. Not sharing, or downplaying, our knowledge may actually be high self-orientation masquerading as low self-orientation. And even worse, it could be hurting our credibility!

How do you balance confidence with humility? How do you share your successes in a way that doesn’t come across as arrogant?

Join us on October 12, as TAA delivery associate Cate Gregory explores how to build trust and your career, including a tried-and-true technique to help you begin the career-building conversations you need to have.

Based in Washington, DC, Cate is an executive coach, consultant and speaker who supports leaders and organizations see and address the fundamental challenges to their success.

Superb. I’m sorry I couldn’t be there live. But I enjoyed this session a lot.
