I love swatch videos! Especially with indie brands because it's very hard to shop when you only have a couple pictures online to try to figure out how the shade actually looks.

Thank you soooo much for this video!! Clionadh's site can be overwhelming. All these swatches were extremely helpful for me to decide which ones I want.

I really like the low light shots of the swatches. It shows the textures and colors so much better.

I agree with you on swatches. I definitely think that it depends on who you're looking to for swatches. For example, you are really good person to look for when needing swatches because you go into the texture and feel of the shadow. Where as some people just swatch and don't explain and that's it. And I find those less helpful. At the very least it gives me an idea of color.

Thank you for this! I live just an hour or two from where Clionadh is based, and I've been eying them and wondering what to order! (Nerd alert: You said Klondike just right - it's an area famous for a gold rush. and Sublimate means when ice evaporates straight into the air, without melting first.) ;) I'm an ESL teacher by day, and I'm always in awe of how amazing your English is!

I love Clionadh shadows! I want them all! And yes, our climates are very similar, depending which part of 🇨🇦 you visit. I have Sublimate and absolutely love it. Vortex is so intriguing!

I own quite a few Clionadh shadows but I really appreciate this type of video. It allows me to see comparisons for those shadows I don’t have yet. Kat from Beauty News also did a tutorial using Clionadh shadows and she showed how beautiful the shadows are and how they applied.

Great video! Thanks for swatching all of those. And I am so glad I wasn’t the only one left a bit confused trying to describe some of these shades. They are really original. Chamomile was unexpectedly gorgeous. ‘Ice Algae is a satin duochrome’ - yeah it totally is! I love swatch videos as well - really useful to see shadows compared to others on the skin, especially when you’re buying from inde brands and there’s no chance that you could swatch before buying. I would watch more swatch videos. I’d also love to see a look using Orb when you get a chance.
