You are very talented and a pleasure to watch cook. Plus, you seem to create recipes that have simple yet delicious flavors all with the added benefit of being healthy. The food you make is the type of food that I like and would definitely order. Just out of curiosity, how would you describe your cooking style to someone. As a chef, I think you could easily be a major player in the modern food scene. Keep up the great work!!!
