Hey that’s an Asian thing. Many Asians are super/extra quiet or shy at first. It just takes time to open up to people, many. Kimchi was kinda quiet or didn’t really speak up just like Plastique. And then there are those who just extrovert like the Filipinos who are more out there, bubbly, silly and are enjoyable to be around.
