At about 6:30 into the video, you resolve an event after the Western initiative marker went over an event space. But that event space is OKW not Western so no event should have been resolved.

Don't forget to add +1 to Initiative cost of an Order when you skip a same-faction Order on the Action Track. More importantly, look at the back side of those Orders on the Action Track when deciding what to do. Most German Orders have a backside and you'll never find a Western Strategic Warfare order if you don't look at the back of the Western Move and Combat orders.
