Thanks for that, Lewis, it's a nice-looking little plant too. It might not taste as good as the shop-bought version, but it won't be covered in as many chemicals and pesticides either :) .

Hi Lewis. Love your videos, but I'm wondering if you could answer a foraging question? I have been researching uses for Chenopodium seeds but I can't find much info at all... do you have any experiences using them? I'm quite keen to utilise any sprouting capabilities as well. Can you do some Rowan berry recipes? I've managed a decent vinegar, but the jam is so disgusting. I can't get rid of the after taste that hits the back of the tongue.

Are you allowed to grow wild basil at home
