Two years after Clear View Behavioral Health shut down, it's successor has similar issues

Denver7 Investigates has learned that many of the problems that led the state to shutdown Clear View in 2020 are continuing at what is now Johnstown Heights Behavioral Health.

Late to the party here. I worked for Clearview, and quit promptly, told them how their training was horrific and even had meetings with their manager from Florida, who took all the info and told me she was gonna implement training I gave her (I was better trained than them already when I got there), then ghosted me. Horrible conditions and completely unethical and inept staff. Everyday I was there, I was trying to protect patients from the people being paid most in the building.

The All Health network of Colorado tho refuses to file MANDATED reports too...HUGE.

It is a felony for these employees to ignore mandated reporter laws, even to keep their jobs.

The licensed mental health providers at Johnstown Heights need to lose their licenses because they helped to oversee and enable all the aforementioned negligent conditions. Closing the facility will simply mean a repeat of what already happened: another owner reopening under a different name. Medical staff who enable abuse should not be allowed to change employers and continue their practices indefinitely. Private and public owners/operators of behavioral health facilities should face justice for abusing patients, not impunity as they currently do today.

I got COVID there. They don't test, take temperatures or anything. I have hypertension, I wasn't given my meds for three days and my blood pressure was sky high. I'm lucky I didn't have a stroke.
I was also kept longer than I should've been and never saw a doctor.
