Meeting your weight loss goal is super exciting, but it also comes with new responsibilities for maintaining your efforts. There are specific dietary, exercise, and behavioral alterations that typically need to occur to sustain that weight loss you worked so hard to achieve. In this video, I will cover such topics as macronutrient alterations needed to maintain your new body weight, the importance of weighing yourself daily, and how to alter your current exercise routine to make sure your weight doesn't creep back up.

I would love it if you would consider doing a video about a daily portion guide that could be a recommendation for us volume eaters who are feeling a little lost about how much we should actually be eating!

Such GREAT advice!! 🤩 Love that thought of being a scientist with your own body and its needs. I went through a stage where I kept losing weight unintionally and got worried so I started adding in 1/2 an avocado every day...I gained about 6lbs in 1 month 😬😂 not exactly what I was hoping for haha! So I learned how my body handles that 😅 Extra complex carbohydrates would have been better 😄
