The awkward moment when they look at you after you said something weird trying to socialize is the worst thing in the world. This is why college, or work, or whatever is so hard for me.

I can see a little bit of social anxiety as well.. he is intimidated by what others would think of him and his answers...his answers is so short because he know he will missed it all up if he goes on with talking in details.

The more you look at it, many of us suffer from anxiety and or many forms of it. Everyone goes through it a lil differently but the main thing is that "Anxiety is a real bitch" we can all agree on that.

You're not broken, you are not damaged, you're just wired differently. Everything is going to be ok.

Thank you for sharing this. It makes me feel so better after knowing that I am not the only one who feels this way.

Very true. Except for the coming in late part; I'm always too early and then get anxious when no one is there yet.

Anxiety is actually like someone push you to the water and you don't know how to swim

as someone who has struggled with anxiety and specifically this type of anxiety a lot, this was very spot on and accurate, even if I know the answer I will feel dumb if I answer incorrectly and have people stare at me and think I'm stupid

This is exactly why I stopped going to community college besides the whole COVID situation which basically made me give up. But hey don’t feel bad I’m probably twice as better off without it and I have a decent job but how relatable this is just scares me and hope to never be in that situation again.

Generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) is a mental health condition that causes fear, worry and a constant feeling of being overwhelmed. It’s characterized by excessive, frequent and unrealistic worry about everyday things, such as job responsibilities, health etc. Some level of anxiety is something we all experience but if it starts to make your life difficult seek help.
