Private school that recruits vs a public school seems pretty unfair, being #2 ranked HS in FL being a public school is pretty impressive.

Pretty easy to be good when you recruit the best players from all over the country.

IMG Academy has a pretty small stadium compared to some smaller schools. Nothing compares ro how ridiculous Texas fields are but IMG is famous for having the top student athletes in all of HS forant sports

Why would a regular high school with non-scholarship players ever schedule IMG games? Feels like there should be a subdivision for private schools.

I’m from Brevard County and in high school. We would go up against the Cocoa tigers in track with a bunch of other schools and in the first two waves would just be all Cocoa kids like they were so fast and athletic they would just race themselves.

IMG was going to play my school Central High School who was last years 7a champions but it was canceled due to the hurricane. We played them in 2022 and kept it really close but they pulled away in the 2nd. We had a better team this year and it would’ve been a closer game
