Today we are submitting our video for the #quinoachallenge with @ElizabethHuskeyRichey . Seeing as we are in zone 4b, and the quinoa has a maturity of 100-120 days, we are growing our quinoa in the greenhouse.

Also, the current state of the greenhouse is packed full and something needs to change. I show you a great repurposing idea and how it worked out. The greenhouse now has space to walk around for watering, etc.

Wow! What an improvement on the green house. I try to eat Quinoa once a year or so. I just can’t like it to eat but I am super interested in this plant and the flowers on it.

Everything in the greenhouse is looking awesome!! Love the bed frame idea!! Until you said something I was thinking what a nice shelving unit you put in there!! With your hothouse it should extend your season so I reckon you’ll be ok… but like you said it’s an experiment and it’ll be great to see how it turns out!!
