Yamaha R1 2008 startup and revs

Just fixed my exup motor. Needs bit of adjustment though

I have an 08 Valentino Rossi, and when i coul start it, it makes a big boom noise, like straight pipe exhaust and them iddles around at 1400RPM..Don't know if is as meant to be..
