Thanks for the info, really helpful. I want to add a partner to my llc so in Members details section I just have to add him, also I have to choose individual for both of us or should be (partnership, trust or llc)? And after completing the form do we need to upload it somewhere? Like how CA state will know we did this operating agreement to our LLC? Thank you

One question, For Capital Contributions in the Operating Agreement, should they be higher or lower and what are the advantages of going each way?
e.g. >
A $1000 cash + $5000 sweat equity
B $1000 cash + $25000 sweat equity
