Art and I did some holiday shopping at Target to see what's new and exciting. They seems to keep adding more healthy items every time I go there, but I still can't get over that ladder climbing Santa, I plan to go back and buy it today!

Thanks for the Instapot find! I have been thinking about getting one to eat healthier, but kinda a distant reality on my meager budget. I actually didn't even finish the video, but paused it and ran right to Target! I got mine for $68 with tax as they were having a 10% off as well on small appliances!!!! Can't thank you enough. Fun Target fact for my American friends on here. Target only lasted here in Canada about 2 years, they bought out all the Zellers stores, which was a similar type Canadian department store, however Target prices were not the same as in the US and their shelves were always half empty, people stopped going there and hence they closed up shop.

I bought the Organic Valley eggnog the other day. You briefly mentioned it in this video. There is sugar, but it's the holidays, so I'm going with it in this case. I don't eat very many sweets during this time of year, so it's worth the splurge to me. Live a little, Bobby! :)

I really like the So Delicious holiday nog ( flavor wize it's my favorite non dairy option) . Its not low sugar- they all seem to have about the same amount, but we only have it once a year - and its only a little in my coffee - so I don't fret too much about it. I've thought about making some with maple syrup and coconut syrup but I haven't yet.

That is too funny Bobby! I have been looking like CRAZY for Egg Nog and I looked at EVERY one at my local co-op and ended up buying the Califia BECAUSE it had the lowest sugar amount that I could find. Even though it has some other bad things it was still tasty and took away my craving for Egg Nog at least. Maybe a homemade one on the channel soon???
