Captain Hook Was A Lost Boy In Peter Pan!

Captain Hook was a lost boy in Peter Pan. Peter Pan was released in 1953, and it tells the story of Wendy Darling and her two brothers – John and Michael – who after meeting the kid who never grows up, Peter Pan, travel with him to the island of Neverland, where they will never grow up. However, not everything is peaceful and fun in Neverland, as they also come face to face with Captain Hook, Peter’s archenemy. For years, a theory had floated around suggesting that Captain Hook was a lost boy who one day decided to grow up, but he never grew out of his childhood dream of being a pirate. The theory about Captain Hook being a lost boy was confirmed in the 2023 live-action movie Peter Pan & Wendy, where it was explained that Captain Hook was the first lost boy in Neverland and Peter’s best friend. One day, Captain Hook left Neverland without warning and returned years later now as an adult. He and Peter were now completely different, and Peter saw him as evil, making way for their hero/villain dynamic.

The book says not only was he a lost boy, he was rescuing other lost boys because Peter Pan was some kind of demon that murdered them when they started growing up.

No, Captain Hook got away. Losing his leg in the process. He didn't want to get killed by Pan because he grew up. He then started to rescues some of the lost boys who were growing up. He lost his hand in one of those battles and some of the pirates lost limbs or an eye, etc etc. But Captain Hook is trying to save the kids who are kidnapped by Peter Pan and sent to "never grow old". But it is Tink and the other fairies who have helped Peter stay young. As long as he keeps kidnapping children he stays young. But he's obsessed with being young because he's the son of Rumplestiltskin. These are all facts that are being dug up from the original books. This is some AWESOME story telling coming to light. To show that Disney was trying to bury pedos and endanger children's lives.

There’s a book named ‘Captain James Hook and the Curse of Peter Pan’ and it tells this same origin, while making up some of its own lore, but still keeping loyal to what Barrie wrote in his original story. I read it years ago and I’ve thought of rereading it. It got a sequel ‘Siege of Neverland’.

The live action movie wasn’t too bad actually, and it was interesting to see them incorporate that theory in the film, I just think the Peter Pan kid wasn’t a good actor

If people still read books anymore, they would see that Hook was a "former educator, " which may have been a clue that it was meant to be Captain Blackbeard, whose real name was Edward Teach.
