Hi I really enjoyed your video which was clear, concise and calm. I'm 59 and my labido has been falling for the past 10 years. My menopause started when I was 50 and since then, I have had reduced feelings of desire if any. My husband usually initiates sex and is often patient enough to allow me time to become aroused. I have vaginal dryness even though the entrance to my vagina seems quite moist. We often use pure organic coconut oil as lubrication and adds to mine and his arousal. When we haven't used any lubrication I've experienced some discomfort and bleeding after intercourse. At times I have to balance feelings of discomfort with not spoiling pleasure for us both. I talk with my other half about how I feel and I'm lucky that he's quite understanding and stops intercourse if I report any pain. It's a very complex situation and is unique to each couple. Even though it's not always easy for women to talk to their partner about labido, arousal and discomfort during sex, I think that partners need to know what you are going through so that you can continue on your journey together as informed as possible.
