I just picked up an Aorus X870-E Master for my 9070 XT and 9800X3D. It was on a bundle sale so figured it was a good deal. Excited to build my first PC soon.

Got a Asus tuf gaming B650e wifi on amazon for 124€ for my first pc built (but delivery is like 3-4 weeks). The parts are coming together slowly but surely.

I'm not computer-savvy at all but I'm planning on building my own, and I need all the help I can get. I don't know what anything means. I do enjoy you and your videos. Easier to understand then some.

11:35 I don’t understand the sentence, isn’t MSI X870E Carbon a premium motherboard compared to ASUS Tuf which is midrange?

Asus Rog Strix x670e-f. Good value, for a high-end board. Was looking for a white themed board, but prices didn't drop on time. And the other was really at an attractive price

I also really agree with the point on PCI lanes and M.2 slots. As SSDs get faster, that Gen 5 support is becoming non-negotiable. For future-proofing, it’s worth paying a little extra to get those features, even if you don't need them now. If you're like me, you'd rather have those options available when you eventually max out your system.

Anyone else feeling overwhelmed by how many choices there are now for Wi-Fi standards and USB ports?

im basicly a noob at this but some motherboards seem like they need the wifi part to be attached to the actual motherboard either in the back or somewhere else? like with 1 or 2 antennas.. is it possible to get a motherboard where its just build in so you dont have to mount those antenna things? or isnt that a thing ?

I've recently bought a 9800X3D pairing it with a Aorus 870 Elite with 6000mhz CL30 G-skill Neo Ram. Very excited to see the difference from my I7 14700KF with DDR4 3200mhz currently

Can you do a video on customizing fan curves and undervolting? I purchased a 9070xt and a 9600x for my first pc build I'm planning but I've been hearing that people are experiencing unusually high temperatures unless they customize their fan curves and undervolt their 9070xt
