Your me with the verbage 🥴 I get it from my dad 🤣 to get a better blend of the meat and mole save yourself some steps, mix them together before hand, more mole to meat ratio, then dump a load on the tamal, go back and scoop a lil more mole and pour, caus the tamal soaks up some the mole as it cooks. My family sells tamales 👌🏽 the key is cheaper in price bigger in size and bomb asf.
