UPDATE: Launch Failure

Official Statement:
"there was a problem during the rise, and a signal was sent to destroy the aircraft, and the launch failed" and "JAXA is investigating the detailed cause of the trouble."

According to the Launch Timeline index in your Description section failure occurred at 3:01:45, but according to what's shown on-screen, the failure occurred shortly after 3:02:13 when the third stage was supposed to light. It was about 3 km/sec short of orbital velocity.

The way it cleared the tower looked more like a missile than a rocket.

Looks more like a missle launch. Immediately after moment the engine ignited, the rocket started listing to the side. Is this normal?
