Notice Xi's glass is always positioned higher during the toast. If you know the chinese drinking culture, when you toast someone, the elder or the more honoured person should positioned his/her glass higher than the other. For example, if i were to toast my boss, i would have to lower my glass at a lower level than his. If both are trying to respect each other, they would literally put their hand at the bottom of the other guys glass, as to prevent him from going lower than himself.

Talk about opening up the market, China closes its door when it stands in the way against from its political position. NBA broadcast banned when a Texas manager supported Hong Kong protest, international flights banned if listing Taiwan individually and movies banned if depicting the dark side of the Chinese politics. China needs to open its door and let the world to trade in the Chinese market freely in real.
