I was pregnant with my daughter at 40. I think being an older mom, I learned to be way more patient and a lot more chill about the whole experience. I think I probably would not have had the patience I had with my daughter if I had her in my 20’s. Who you are in your 20’s, is not who you will be in your 30’s, it’s called personal growth and life experiences. I think I was trying to figure out who I was in my 20’s and, in my 30’s my prime focus was on work and travel. When you become a mom, your priorities change...they HAVE to. It’s no longer all about you. it’s about that sweet precious baby.

I tried to get pregnant in February at age 40. In March I found out I was pregnant. After Hannah was born I.decided to try again. By age 42 I had 2 babies. Not the big deal people think. It pays to eat healthy not smoke and work out!Currently 41, just found out I’m pregnant with what I’m hoping will be my 2nd child. I have a 17 yr old daughter. Had a very heartbreaking miscarriage just after christmas last year where I lost twins at 8 wks. Hoping this will be my rainbow baby

Once you hit 40, you realize its not as old as you thought when you were a teenager or early 20s. Ill be a 40y/o mom, Im glad I enjoyed my youth and now Im more grounded and financially stable, with a husband. Plus, I dont look my age
