On Kirbie: Splendid top

Recipe:
1. Boil a pot of hot water to melt coconut oil
2. Heat 1 cup coconut oil in double boiler
3. Let coconut oil cool for 30 minutes
4. Add in 2 tbsp. sweet almond oil
5. Whisk oil mixture; refrigerate for 25 minutes
6. Whisk again until it becomes a thick cream
7. Add in 1 tbsp. glycerin
8. Add 1/2 cup cooled water from double boiler
9. Whip mixture until fluffy, like whipped cream (optional: add soap color of your choice)
10. Pour into a large jar

For the conditioning spray, add one part melted balm to one part water in a spray bottle.

Will it keep the whipped consistency over time or would I need to whip it again? Great video, Kirbie you keep getting better and better!

for the hair spray you said to fill it with half water and half of the melted cream, but then you mentioned that the soap won't stain your hair if you add it to the bottle. so do you put in that melted cream, or the cream that we just made with all the other stuff too?

Cool! I have some vegetable glycerin and thought I'd have to throw it out. I didn't know I can use it in my hair. Thanks.

Glycerin is found in a lot of conditioners! It helps to smooth out the cuticle of the hair, so essentially it makes it softer and less frizzy.

Your videos are so professional and educational! I love them!

Yes, because once you refrigerate it, it will become the consistency for the cream, and it will already be perfect for the spray in liquid form.

Correct. If it gets cold, it will need to be melted, but usually at room temp/hotter temps it stays in liquid form.
