Engines are amazing. So many parts that all work together and are made accurately enough to do so. Great video.

Info on these engines:
Originally, a honda design. Honda CG125's were developed from the CB125. Instead of having an OHC (Overhead Cam) design, it was designed by honda to use an OHV or Pushrod design for third-world markets. The CB-engine apparently had issues regarding camshaft bearings if I recall, so to increase reliability was to pursue an OHV design. This engine became popular for select markets and eventually copies of these engines, most notably chinese copies, started to roll out

Zongshen ZS125 or CG125. Before I ran the 200cc water cooled engine in my Gomoto GTR125, this 125cc engine was the original. The 125 has good top end power for its displacement, however, it lacks bottom end torque. Very good engine for beginner riders, as it is not overpowered. If you want reliability and power, I recommend the 200cc engine as it carries good speed with the right sprocket ratio, it produces both good torque and horsepower, also parts like the clutch, transmission and conrod big end bearing last longer than the 250cc engine. In the 250cc engine, the clutch plates wear out faster, 3rd and 5th gear get damaged from the torque as well as the conrod big end bearing wears out faster due engine power. You must remember, these engines are clones of the original honda CG125 design, the fact that they have made various cylinder capacities from a 125cc design is fantastic.

Passei 11 anos com um motor desse de vareta. Muito bom. Econômico, forte e não quebra fácil. Agora estou no 250cc da Yamaha que é outra lenda.

It is very satisfying to watch people who are so skilled and seem to actually enjoy their job. I have never ridden one, but I’ll bet the Metro motorcycles are a joy to ride on.

Прям рекламное видео - все рабочие чистые, причесаные, одеты в новое, крика дикого в цеху нет, но снятый в конце типок в шортах и шлепках на босуногу попалил всю контору!🤣🤣🤣

I heard about metro bikes a few years ago and got myself one. Blody hell are they robust!
But they have to, if you take a closer look at where they actually drive around.

In that video, you can see that they use valve rods instead of timing chains. Open up the valve head, cange the rods and close it.. finished. A timing chain is more efficient but not this easy and cheap to replace.

Aaaand you get a nice retro looking bike, like a 70ish Honda

why do they dunk the engine in water ? would it not mess up the electronics ? / get into the intake valve ?

I know every one wishes to own his or her own car at some point in time. After all the hardwork and sometimes sleepless nights, we now tend to own our dream car. The joy and happiness that comes from owning your own ride is overwhelming and that will be a dream come true. The previous years has been stressful and confusing in getting my own ride but thanks to Mr Bernard’s Automobiles, he made it look simple and easy for me in acquiring my dream car, I will forever be indebted to him.
